Affordable Housing

We help people find and maintain affordable housing, recognizing that stable housing is a fundamental step toward ending homelessness.

Transitional Housing

We offer transitional housing programs, providing people with a safe and supportive environment as they work towards long-term housing solutions.

Shelters and Emergency Respite

We operate shelters and emergency respite to provide immediate relief and shelter to those in need, especially during extreme weather conditions or crises.

Food Access Services

Access to nutritious food is provided through meal programs and food distribution, ensuring that people have access to regular meals.

Job Training and Counselling

We empower people with job training and counseling services to help them secure stable employment, which is a key element in achieving self-sufficiency.

Health Information and Community Services

We provide health services and information to address both physical and mental health needs among the homeless population.

Community Mental Health Outreach

We have specialized programs to support individuals with mental health challenges, ensuring they can access the care and support they require.

Specialized Support Programs

These programs focus on unique needs within the homeless and low-income community, tailoring assistance to the one's circumstances.
